Food excellent and service was awesome! Best meal my husband and I have had out in a while, and we are from Louisiana. We will be back!

The steaks are awesome! Cooked just how you order them and tender as can be...

The steaks are the best in town...Ive had the filet several times and as consistant as you can get. Melts in your mouth. The staff is top notch and the atmosphere is great. Everything on the menu is good. If you are in Vicksburg, add the Beechwood to your short list of places to dine!

Stopped in while traveling from New Orleans to Little Rock and so glad we did! Great service and delicious southern food!! Wonderful find!

My husband and I sat at the bar last night. Our bartender was very nice. The steaks were delicious. We enjoyed watching football and talking to the other patrons. We met the owner and he too was very nice. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Steak!This busy family restaurant was recommended to us by the receptionist at our hotel. We weren’t very hungry so we had the blackened catfish with steamed broccoli and a loaded baked potato and the signature Beechwood salad (which contained steak and grilled shrimp). The food was so delicious that we decided to come again the next night. Boy are we glad that we did – we got a 24 oz Iowa prime rib steak to share and it was magnificent. The meat was cooked perfectly and was super tender. No wonder this restaurant is so popular with the locals.

Grew up loving this place and I'll be loving it til I'm dead. Much love y'all!!

Delicious as always. My party came from Monticello to eat here. Packed at 4:45PM. The roses for the ladies was a nice gesture.

Our waitress was the best I have ever had with as many (17) people plus she was always smiling and kind. The food was perfect as always. Beechwood is a fine place to eat.

My steak was perfect! I don't believe I've ever had a bad meal at the Beechwood! It's a popping joint so you'll need a bit of patience as the wait staff is constantly moving.

This is a great place with a dance floor and a live band one night a week. The steak was fantastic!! I would have given 5 stars if the music was turned down about 1/2 way

Was reviewing while driving..... This place is still excellent as always, altho i only ever get the show stopper and portabello, so maybe I'm a bit biased. Haven't seen Rocky around in ages, but i still remember the get togethers and parties he would host for us when i worked for LeAnn some 20'ish years ago. So this review covers 20yrs of satisfying my tastebuds haha.Hope everyone stays safe, and keep making excellently cooked steaks!

We come over from Atlanta Texas once a month ,been a few months now because of Covid. We share the 12 oz pork chop it is delicious every time. Keep daying we are going to have the steak but never have. Excellent food and good customer service. Grill master usually comes around to see if it was done the way we wanted it.

The steaks and shrimp are delicious, as are the burgers. Great wine. Fun large bar in the back of the building.

Went for a company dinner. Our waitress was excellent and very attentive. Being a large group thought the wait time would be longer but surprisingly fast. The only downside was that the fries ordered with my meal were cold but that cause it was a big group and we all ordered steak. Will definitely go back again

Busy place. Waited on in a timely manner. Polite wait staff. Good wine, cold beer. Crab cakes very good. Ribeye was very tender, but VERY VERY salty. I suppose salt was used for tenderizing, but WAY too much. Would recommend this restaurant.

Though there were several patrons we were seated quickly and had the most wonderful host. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and specials. This was very helpful as this was our first visit to this establishment. The fried catfish and onion rings were seasoned and cooked to perfection! We also tried the red snapper with pasta and fried green tomatoes. Everything was wonderful and it was a ton of food. Though they were pretty busy our host always found time to stop by and check on us and made sure that all of our needs were met. I really enjoyed the experience. On the way out the door we saw some beautiful steaks coming out. Needless to say, we'll be trying the steaks on our next visit!

The Beechwood is a classic. I've been eating there since the 80's, and it never disappoints.The steaks are legendary, and I highly recommend the pork chop with creamed spinach; it is out of this world. In addition, there are excellent seafood choices, and they have a burger as well.

Shrimp scampi was horrifically overcooked and bland, prices were incredibly high. Was an unfortunately disappointing anniversary.

Phenomenal! Every dish was executed perfectly! This was one of the best meals I've had in a long time. I was there during a massive dinner rush and sat in the coffee shop side, since I was alone. Even with as busy as it was, I never had to wait for anything. I was extremely well taken care of, including being served quite often by the manager. I met one of the owners, Will, who had been busy expediting, but still took the time to greet guests who wanted to provide comments. He was extremely friendly and welcomed the feedback, as a great owner should. Beechwood will definitely become a regular dinner spot when I move to town in a couple of weeks!

The food was excellent! My husband got the ribeye steak medium rare and I got the shrimp lovers plate. Both were cooked perfectly. Also, make sure you are hungry because you get a major bang for your buck!

One of the best steak houses in this area. their grill master is always great about grilling your steak just the way you like it. Their sides are good and there is plenty to choose from.

Beachwood's steaks are unparalleled. The service is always friendly and you can't beat the cocktails. I would definitely recommend the crab crusted ribeye. It melts in your mouth.

This place, hands down, is the best place on earth to eat a steak. My life on this planet is better now, after having had a rib eye there. DJ is a steak grilling master. Lord this place is phenomenal. I've eaten here 3 times this week, cant get enough of that steak.

The steak I had was great. Salad was delicious. They did miss one of the sides in my to go order. The rolls were not up to their level of quality. They need to rethink that decision in my opinion. The ambiance was old diner. Not upscale at all. I have a feeling that people come here for the steak, and truly, they hit the mark very nicely on that account.

This Vicksburg Mississippi steak house is old, but steaks are excellent. Sides and food delicious. Service by wait staff, busboys, and management shining. Each time we travel through we look forward to our meal at this steakhouse. Thank you. Sandra

Beechwood Classic never fails to disappoint. I've been eating that same dish for over 15 years, and I have no complaints.

Beechwood has obviously been in business a long time , and for good reason. The service was impeccable , the selection was great and the food we ordered was very good. The only downfalls to the experience were, the prices were a little high for the area and the chicken fried steak my son ordered was pretty tough. My fried shrimp was perfect though , I'll definitely be going back when I'm in town.

Prices are very high for the amount of food served. Flavor of food is acceptable but the bang for the buck is not there. Also, if you like med or med/rare meats you won't get it here. We won't return.
